A World Record and a Car Giveaway


Every now and then EP Fitness feels it is important to give back to the community and more importantly it’s loyal members. This year will close 2011 in a BIG way!

We are trying to break the world Zumba® Record for the largest class. The current world record  for largest Zumba® class is held by a group in Brownsville, TX. They managed to squeeze 1, 223 people in one session. Since we have thousands of members across our great city and our Zumba® classes are always packed to capacity, this should be a piece of cake! Weight Creeping Up on You?

Last Week, the New England Journal of Medicine published findings on a long term weight gain study, people were monitored and they found that the participants gained an average of 3.35 pounds over a 4 year period and 16.8 pounds over 20 years. Lifestyle and diet changes were scrutinized.
